About Me
My path to UX wasn't traditional. I spent 3 years as an Engagement Manager at HCLTech, leading client partnerships and identifying AI opportunities. That experience taught me that great design starts with understanding users deeply, but succeeds when it also considers business goals and technical realities.
My approach:
Deep user research to uncover psychological barriers, not just surface-level feature requests
Strategic prioritization based on user impact and feasibility
Design systems thinking- ensuring solutions scale beyond single use cases.
I earned my Master's in Information Management from the University of Illinois, where courses in Human-Computer Interaction and Human-Centered AI made me fall in love with designing for people. My technical background (Python, SQL, data visualization) helps me understand engineering constraints and design user-centered, technically feasible solutions.
Outside of work, I'm a trained Bharatanatyam dancer, a fantasy novel enthusiast, and a volunteer at animal shelters—reminders that the best design connects with people emotionally, not just functionally.
